Utilise Salesforce’s Experience Cloud to unite your employees through an online collaboration platform. We will customise your Employees Experience Cloud Portal, revolutionising communication and collaboration within your organisation.

More details on what you’ll get:

  1. Project Kickoff and Business Process Reviews:  We’ll discuss your objectives for Experience Cloud, including a customisation plan for your staff engagement.

  2. Experience Cloud Portal Setup: We’ll customise your Experience Cloud Portal using standard themes and template configurations to display tabs and relevant information.

  3. Security Setup: We’ll configure your Role Hierarchy and Profiles to ensure that information shared in the portal is accurate and secure.

  4. Custom Object Setup: We’ll configure up to three custom objects to be displayed in the employees' Experience Cloud portal.

  5. Experience Cloud Training: We’ll conduct a one-hour training session on Experience Cloud, covering administration, moderation, and user setup

  6. Project Close - We work with you to sign off on testing, turn everything live and complete post-project analysis and satisfaction surveys.
