More details on what you’ll get:

  1. Project Kickoff and Business Process Reviews: We assist in reviewing your current and desired processes, developing the project implementation plan, introducing you to our expert team, and ensuring access to your Salesforce org or providing licenses.

  2. Service Region & Workforce Setup: We personalise Salesforce leads to efficiently record and qualify prospects in your designated service regions.

  3. Workforce & Time Tracking Setup: We work closely with you to configure Salesforce accounts for documenting business, contractors, organisations, or agency information pertinent to your sales processes, ensuring your active involvement in the process.

  4. Work Orders & Inventory Management: We assist in configuring Salesforce contacts to effectively manage critical details necessary for executing orders and transactions.

  5. Crew Management: We work with you to configure Salesforce opportunities for tracking your crew/ sales pipeline, win rates, competitors, and sales stages, facilitating comprehensive reporting.

  6. Salesforce Training: We provide a one-hour custom webinar training session on Salesforce setup tailored to your organisation's needs.

  7. Project Close - We work with you to sign off on testing, turn everything live and complete post-project analysis and satisfaction surveys.

Pricing is for implementation services only, with Salesforce licenses being additional.

Licenses can be purchased through Relationship Unlimited at a cost of $230 NZD per user per month (billed annually at $2,760 + GST per user for an Enterprise level license). Other license types as well as payment options are available so will be discussed during project kickoff.
