Project Kickoff and Business Process Reviews (current and desired processes) - We assist and review the project implementation plan, introduce you to our team of experts, and provide your Salesforce licenses or request access to your Salesforce org.
Lead Personalisation - We personalise leads in Salesforce to ensure you record and qualify prospects quickly and efficiently.
Account Configuration - We work with you and configure accounts for documenting information related to businesses, households, organisations, or agencies involved in the sales process.
Contact Customisation - We work with you to configure contacts to manage the personal and relevant details needed to make sales happen.
Opportunity Configuration - We work with you to configure opportunities for tracking your sales and potential sales pipeline, win rates, competitors and sales stages for ease of reporting.
Salesforce Training - We provide a one-hour custom webinar training session of the Salesforce setup for your organisation.
Project Close - We work with you to sign off on testing, turn everything live and complete post-project analysis and satisfaction surveys.
Pricing is for implementation services only, with Salesforce licenses being additional.
Licenses can be purchased through Relationship Unlimited at a cost of $230 NZD per user per month (billed annually at $2,760 + GST per user for an Enterprise level license). Other license types as well as payment options are available so will be discussed during project kickoff.
