Our Quick Start for Nonprofits is designed to help nonprofit organisations leverage Salesforce and the Grants Management Module to enhance business operations and streamline fundraising tracking.
More details on what you’ll get:
Project Kickoff and Business Process Reviews (current and desired workflows): We discuss your goals and objectives for leveraging Salesforce, focusing on enhancing fundraising and outreach efforts.
Household and Contact Setup: We configure standard fields and create new custom fields to track and manage your key contact records, including donors and partners.
Configure and Track Donation/Grants Setup: This setup is designed to help you manage your grant and donation revenue effectively. We set up your grant and donation records to track and manage your revenue, ensuring you have a clear view of your financial situation.
Integration: We’ll integrate Salesforce with your existing systems (i.e. Classy).
Salesforce Training: We offer a one-hour custom webinar to train your organisation on the Salesforce setup.
Project Close: We work with you to sign off on testing, turn everything live and complete post-project analysis and satisfaction surveys.
Pricing is for implementation services only, with Salesforce licenses being additional. Salesforce’s Power of Us programme may entitle the nonprofit to complimentary licenses. All license types and payment options will be discussed during project kickoff.
