  1. Project Kickoff and Business Process Reviews (current and desired processes) - We confirm your and finalise your goals for Salesforce, including a customisation plan for your sales process and workflows.

  2. Account Setup - We personalise leads in Salesforce to ensure you record and qualify prospects quickly and efficiently.

  3. Service Cloud Console Setup - We work with you and configure the Service Cloud Console including all components, lists, buttons or quick links necessary.

  4. Case Setup - We work with you to customise Cases, including lst views, queues, custom fields, and page layouts for your team to manage inbound tickets.

  5. Salesforce Training - We provide a one-hour custom webinar training session of the Salesforce setup for your organisation.

  6. Project Close - We work with you to sign off on testing, turn everything live and complete post-project analysis and satisfaction surveys.

Pricing is for implementation services only, with Salesforce licenses being additional.

Licenses can be purchased through Relationship Unlimited at a cost of $230 NZD per user per month (billed annually at $2,760 + GST per user for an Enterprise level license). Other license types as well as payment options are available, so will be discussed during project kickoff.
