  1. Project Kickoff and Business Process Reviews: We’ll discuss your objectives for Experience Cloud, including a customisation plan for your sales process.

  2. Experience Cloud Portal Setup: We’ll customise your Experience Cloud Portal using the standard template, configuring up to four tabs, two components, and one audience using Salesforce's point-and-click Experience Cloud configuration options.

  3. Security Setup: We’ll configure your Role Hierarchy and Profiles to ensure that information shared in the portal is secure and accessible to the correct audience.

  4. Experience Cloud Training:  We’ll provide one hour of training on Experience Cloud, covering administration, moderation, and user setup.

  5. Project Close - We work with you to sign off on testing, turn everything live and complete post-project analysis and satisfaction surveys.
